OUR STORY

Business Partners and Best Friends, we work together to provide active wear that supports, uplifts, and empowers our customers to feel good and look good. As active moms, striving to live a healthy and balanced lifestyle, our busy lives have us constantly on the go. We noticed it was hard to find affordable, high quality, fashionable apparel to keep up!  Over one of our monthly dinner dates, Gym Rack Apparel was born. We started in 2017 as an online boutique and in 2019 opened a gym boutique at an awesome local gym, Zach's Club West. Our vision is to bring health and wellness to our community and we are excited about the future of Gym Rack Apparel!

Easy Returns & Exchanges

Gym Rack Apparel strives to provide an amazing shopping experience and superior customer service. If for any reason you are not content with your order, we gladly accept returns and exchanges for US orders within 20 days from the date of shipment and in new, unused condition with original packaging.

Items purchased through special promotions or sales are not eligible for exchanges or returns.

We offer 3 easy return options free of charge: (1) return for store credit; (2) exchange for another item (availability of a replacement item is not guaranteed); (3) return for a refund. Return shipping is free within the United States.

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of placing your order.  This excludes weekends and public US holidays. Although great care is taken to ensure all deliveries get dispatched in the allocated time period; in times of higher than normal order volume we hold the right to extend the 1-2 business day processing time. 

Shipping Rates

United States

We ship US orders via United States Postal Service (USPS) from our store in Lubbock, Texas.

Orders Under $75USD

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.  Shipping time will be displayed at checkout, next to the shipping option that is available.  Please note that transit time is displayed in business days and are estimates only. 

Orders of $75USD or More

All US orders over $75 receive free shipping, which is automatically calculated at checkout.  Allow  2-3 business days for estimated shipping time when you order with free shipping.

The $75 free shipping applies only to United States orders.

International

We ship International orders via United States Postal Service, UPS, Fed-Ex, or DHL from our store in Lubbock, TX.  The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Shipping time will be displayed at checkout, next to the shipping option that is available.  Please note that transit time is displayed in business days and are estimates only.  If during checkout, you do not find your country on the list of shipping destinations, please contact us at admin@gymrackapparel.com. 

Please note: You may encounter a customs or duty free fee when receiving your order.  This is not in the control of Gym Rack Apparel and this fee will be dependent on your country. 

Please be advised that Gym Rack Apparel is not responsible for taxes and/or duties or any brokerage and/or delivery fees applied to international shipments. 

Although we take great measures to ensure our products have a speedy transition through customs, we kindly request that you contact your customs office to thoroughly inquire about import regulations before placing your order, as we will not be liable for packages refused or held for delivery. 

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
